Hi, I'm Jen Streeter! I graduated with my Masters in Professional Counseling (MS) from Carlow University in 2016. After graduation, I worked in Community Mental Health and Substance Use Treatment Centers while under supervision for my licensure. In 2018 I obtained my License in Professional Counseling (LPC) which I maintain in the state of Pennsylvania.
In 2020, just before the pandemic, I opened my own private practice and began seeing individuals. Here, I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have a passion for working with marginalized populations such as the LGBTQIA+ community.
My approach combines warmth, compassion, and evidence-based modalities. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive conversation with room for reflection, healing, and growth. This is why in each and every session I practice bringing love, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard.
When I take off my therapist hat, I enjoy spending time with my dog Cricket, hiking, playing soccer, and spending time with the ones I love.
